An experienced Office/HR Manager is required to ensure the smooth running of all the operations of this medium size highly respected expanding Mayfair practice. The firm deals with all areas of law including real estate, corporate, tax, insolvency, dispute resolution, planning, construction and data protection. Its strategic, dynamic approach and commercial ethos ensures strong client relationships.
The role is very varied and will involve managing all the operational and HR aspects of the firm, including reception, office supplies, reprographics, IT and all general HR matters. The ideal candidate will have gained similar experience with a law firm, have excellent communication skills and the ability to supervise other staff and liaise efficiently with partners and fee earners alike.
