A 1- 3 year PQE Corporate Lawyer is sought to join City office of very friendly and supportive US Law firm. Ideally you will have trained and gained your experience in a Central London firm. But perhaps now be looking to move to a smaller team where you will get very good quality work and lots of client involvement. You will deal with a general mixture of Banking and Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions in sectors such as Retail, Intellectual Property and Life Sciences.
